Women in Property with Kathryn Seque

Welcome to our next Women in Property event!

LIMITED CAPACITY AND REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. THIS IS A CPIA MEMBER-ONLY EVENT.

$20 per person covers pizza dinner and forum attendance.

Kathryn Seque is Vice President of both the Otago Property Investors Association and the New Zealand Property Investors Federation. Kathryn has been involved in property investing and development for around 16 years and, over the past few years, has worked full-time as a property investor, landlord, and property manager, with a strong focus on managing rental properties.

Based in Dunedin, much of Kathryn’s experience has been in the student rental market and hands-on property management. Her work has included renovations, residential developments, renovating buy-and-hold properties, and, more recently, flipping houses. She has completed a number of development and renovation projects.

Alongside investing, Kathryn is heavily involved in landlord advocacy and industry representation across New Zealand. She regularly works on issues relating to tenancy law, healthy homes, housing supply, and the practical challenges facing everyday property investors and landlords.

Kathryn will be sharing some of her journey in property investing, lessons learned along the way, and practical insights from managing rentals, renovations, developments, and value-add projects in today’s market.
