Peter is a full-time property investor, coach, and property finder. Since leaving the corporate world in 2014, he has steadily built a successful "buy and hold" portfolio-specialising in renovations that increase both equity and rental returns.
As NZPIF President, Peter will share insights into key issues facing landlords across the country, what's happening behind the scenes at a national level, and how the Federation is working to support property investors in 2025 and beyond.
