Warwick Reid Is fully experienced in providing a comprehensive range of valuations in residential, investment properties, and lifestyle blocks within the city.
Warwick graduated from Lincoln College in 1983 with a BCom (Ag) degree.
He then joined the Valuation Department for five years and became registered in 1988 and it is in this time he gained extensive knowledge of the city and property values.
Later, Warwick decided to go on his own and established Dunedin Valuations Ltd on 23rd of May 1993.
He leads the Loan Market Dunedin team and works with clients to navigate the home loan process from application through settlement.
