Tim and his wife Kat began their property investing journey over 25 years ago, starting out as busy working parents with a long-term vision. What began as a side venture has steadily grown into a carefully built portfolio—one that has ultimately given them the freedom to step away from their day jobs and reclaim their time.
Deeply involved in the investor community, Tim has served as President of the Wairarapa PIA for the past decade and now sits on the board of NZPIF, representing the Lower North Island.
In this session, Tim will share an update from NZPIF and take you behind the scenes of their investing journey—highlighting key projects, lessons learned along the way, and honest insights into the realities of building a portfolio over time. He’ll also offer his perspective on where the market may be heading and what investors should be thinking about next.
