The AGM is expected to take approximately 20 minutes at the start of the members’ meeting, followed by the evening event with guest speaker David Whitburn.

Agenda

1. Apologies.

2. Confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.

3. Receive and approve correspondence.

4. Receive the President’s Annual Report.

5. Receive the Treasurer’s Annual Report and Statement of Accounts.

6. Consider any Notices of Motion.

7. Elect Executive Committee members:

   • President.

   • Vice President.

   • Secretary/Treasurer.

   • Three other Executive Committee members, or two if there is an Immediate Past President.

8. General business.

9. Close.

Nominations may only be called from the floor if no prior nominations have been received. Any additional General Committee members required will be co-opted by the Executive Committee as needed.

Financial members may nominate candidates for the Executive Committee.

Eligibility:

• All Committee members must be full financial members of NPIA. Partner/family and sponsor members are not eligible.

• The President must have served as a Committee member for at least two years at any time before election or appointment.
