Join South Canterbury PIA President Kerry Beveridge for an update on Tenancy Tribunal decisions involving pets and what property investors can learn from recent cases.

Join us for our June members' meeting with Kerry Beveridge, President of the South Canterbury Property Investors' Association and NZPIF Southern Area Representative.

Kerry began investing in property in 2007 and currently owns a portfolio that includes family homes, blocks of flats, and a 16-room boarding house. He was awarded NZPIF Landlord of the Year in 2017 and is passionate about providing quality accommodation while helping investors navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
