Kerry is the President of the South Canterbury Property Investors’ Association and winner of the 2017 Landlord of the Year. He began investing in 2007 and now owns a diverse portfolio that includes five family homes, two blocks of flats, and a 16-tenancy boarding house (formerly the Timaru Hotel).
Kerry is passionate about providing quality accommodation and using practical, budget-conscious approaches to investing. He will be sharing the story behind “The $75,000 House” — a creative and inspiring example of smart, low-cost renovation and value-add strategies.

Vince will also join us to offer practical insights from his extensive experience in the removals industry, including tips for managing tenant transitions, minimising risks, and ensuring smooth, stress-free changeovers.
