Rory will provide an overview of PMG's investment approach and explore key commercial property market themes, including how conditions are evolving across sectors and what this means for both income resilience and long?term value creation. He will also step through sector?specific analysis and discuss where investment opportunities are emerging across PMG’s retail and wholesale funds.
The session will offer practical perspective on how investors are positioning portfolios today, balancing near?term certainty with longer?term growth.
Rory joined PMG in November 2019 after returning from London, where he worked as a Real Estate Fund Accountant for a NYSE-listed asset manager before joining Lloyds Development Capital as an Investment Data Analyst. He brings considerable financial services experience, having previously worked for KPMG as an auditor and BNZ in commercial banking.
Rory is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (First Class Honours) from the University of Waikato. As Head of Investor Relationships for PMG Funds, he leads a team of three and works closely with clients across the North Island to support their investment goals through PMG-managed funds.
Rory leads PMG’s capital raising initiatives while continuing to strengthen investor relationships alongside his team. Over more than six years with PMG, he has built a strong market reputation for developing and maintaining trusted investor relationships
