The Nelson Property Investors Association welcomes Daryl Fisher from Hamilton – a seasoned property investor and life member of the Waikato Property Investors Association. Daryl is flying down to share his passion and more than 25 years of experience, having successfully navigated everything from the global financial crisis to recent government policy changes. He is also a former National President of the NZPIF and a regular seminar presenter across New Zealand.
Daryl’s interactive seminar and discussion session, “What Works for You”, is designed especially for new and intermediate investors. Using examples of current properties on the market, Daryl will demonstrate how to:

Understand likely repair costs and Healthy Homes compliance

Review council records and ask the right questions of real estate agents

Structure contracts effectively and follow smart investing rules

Duration: Approximately 1¼ hours on the night (or 2–3 hours in a weekend seminar format).
