Associate Members & Non-Members
Join for a fee of $350. However, consider becoming a full member of a local Property Investors’ Association to access the course for free.
Course Access & Completion
Access begins on the 15th of a month and expires on the 14th of the following month, ensuring the spot is available for the next person on the waiting list. After completing all modules, you’ll receive a certificate confirming your status as a certified NZPIF landlord.
