Ilse Wolfe is a property investor, renovator, and founder of Wolfe Property Coaching, with 20 years of hands-on renovation-based experience. 2026 marks her 20th year investing in real estate, and in this session she will share how the wins and losses over two decades led to her method called Cashflow Hacking, the best of the best tools that she coaches others to copy and paste, around NZ. Ilse will walk through how investors at different stages of property experience can maximise both cashflow and value-add renovations using this exact method. And how you can be based in Wellington and invest elsewhere remotely, using Ilse’s Power Teams who do all the heavy lifting from due diligence to renovating to managing.
Referencing local client projects, from standalone to multi-income renovations, you’ll be able to learn from those which are most relevant to your property investment journey. Ilse will also discuss how experienced investors think during election years, and why having a robust strategy matters more than reacting to daily headlines. This is a practical, experience-led session designed for both new and experienced investors.
