Matt Ball has been the new NZ Property Investors Federation PR & Advocacy Manager since June 2024. Matt has extensive experience in corporate communications, advocacy, and politics. Previously with Ports of Auckland, London Underground, and Southern Railway, he has media and political expertise. As a property investor and former renter, Matt champions policy changes to benefit landlords and tenants.
This month he will be speaking to us about what is happening behind the scenes at NZPIF, how the government advocacy is going, and what the NZPIF is doing for Property Investors.
